What
The 5k (3.1 miles) race is a certified run/walk for all ages. It is a fundraiser for the Cooperative Development Foundation, a non-profit dedicated to helping people break the cycle of poverty and improve their lives.

100% cotton t-shirt for everyone. Prizes for top three male and female overall as well as top male & female in 10 year age groups and in masters division. More prizes through a random drawing.

Finish-line celebration
Food from local vendors and co-op producers such as The Coffee Klatch, Blue Diamond Growers, Sunkist, Sunmaid, and Shenandoah's Pride Dairy.
